KCI, Inc. currently offers 24/7 maintenance service in the northeast corridor between Boston, MA and Washington DC, with a four hour response time. We equip our engineers with complete spares kits so that a single maintenance problem can be repaired immediately and not require two calls to remedy. |

Some customers who use IBM, Amdahl or STK maintenance choose to use these vendors as their single source of maintenance for their entire data center. In these cases, KCI, Inc. is usually able to work with these maintenance providers to supply low-cost maintenance solutions utilizing the incumbent vendors' technicians, while KCI supplies parts, support and training. |

This is a viable option for many customers who choose to maintain their own equipment. With this option, when the need arises, KCI, Inc. will ship replacement parts overnight to keep any outage to a minimum.
